Case Study: Eclipse Energy UK Ltd
Over the course of five years, Rick worked for Eclipse, an innovative company which developed the Ormonde Offshore Wind Project. Rick joined as a director in 2004 when the enterprise value of Eclipse was under £2MM. He became Chairman in 2006. By 2009 this figure had grown to in excess of £60MM when it was sold to a major European Utility.
